3. NDIS eligibility and funding

Information about the NDIS is general in nature. Eligibility and funding depend on the participant’s individual NDIS plan and circumstances. We do not guarantee that any support will be funded under a participant’s plan.

4. Enquiries, referrals and service agreements

Submitting an enquiry or referral through this website does not create a service agreement and does not confirm that supports are available. Supports only commence after we have discussed the participant’s needs and agreed on arrangements, usually through a written service agreement. Any cancellation terms will be set out in that agreement.

5. Emergencies

This website and its forms are not monitored for emergencies. In an emergency, call 000.

6. Careers

We may publish information about roles we recruit for. Submitting an expression of interest does not guarantee employment. Applications are handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
