Perth, Western Australia
Compassionate. Skilled. Person-Centred.
EllaWinnie Care Services provides personalised disability support, high-intensity care and community nursing services for children, young people and adults across Perth.
From everyday assistance to complex health and disability support, we tailor our services around each participant’s individual needs, routines, choices and goals.
Our focus is simple: providing safe, respectful and consistent support that helps each person live well, with dignity and choice.
At EllaWinnie Care Services, we believe great support begins with understanding the person — not simply their diagnosis.
We work alongside participants, families, Support Coordinators, allied health professionals and other members of the care team to provide individualised support that promotes choice, independence, safety and meaningful participation.
Whether someone needs assistance with everyday activities or specialised support for complex needs, our team is committed to delivering care with skill, compassion and respect.
We provide individualised support for participants with complex disability and health needs. Supports are delivered according to each participant’s individual care plans and requirements by appropriately trained and competent team members.
Our Registered Nurses provide disability-related nursing support for participants with clinical and complex care requirements. Services may include nursing assessments, health monitoring, clinical care planning, complex health supports, staff education and collaboration with participants, families and other health professionals.
We provide individualised disability support for children and young people, including those with complex health and disability needs. We work closely with parents, guardians and the child’s broader care team to promote safety, development, participation and quality of life.
We provide respectful assistance with personal care and everyday activities while supporting participants to maintain choice, dignity and independence. Support may include showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, continence support, eating and drinking, mobility, transfers and everyday routines.
Every participant has different abilities, routines, preferences and goals. We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Before commencing services, we take time to understand what is important to each participant and how they want to be supported.
Participants remain at the centre of decisions about their support.
We encourage participants to develop skills and participate in everyday life at their own pace.
Privacy, culture, communication preferences, personal choices and individual identity are respected.
We focus on reliable support, appropriate training and continuity of care.
Support isn’t simply about completing tasks. We want participants to have opportunities to participate in the activities and experiences that are meaningful to them.
We listen to participants and their families and build supports around their individual needs, preferences and goals.
Our team supports participants with complex and high-intensity needs within our scope of service, with an emphasis on appropriate training, individual care plans and safe support delivery.
Our nursing capability allows us to bring clinical knowledge and oversight to disability support where appropriate.
We value team members who are appropriately skilled, dependable, respectful and genuinely committed to the people they support.
Families and carers often have invaluable knowledge about the person receiving support. We value that knowledge and encourage open communication and collaboration.
We understand the importance of continuity, communication and dependable support.
Quality disability support is about more than completing daily tasks. It can mean developing independence, participating in the community, enjoying favourite activities, learning new skills and having a team who understands the participant’s routines and needs.
Whatever a participant’s goals may be, EllaWinnie Care Services is committed to walking alongside them.
Care with skill. Support with heart.

Understanding the NDIS
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is an Australian Government scheme that funds reasonable and necessary supports for eligible people with permanent and significant disability. Supports are based on each participant’s individual plan and may relate to areas such as daily living, health and wellbeing, community participation, relationships, education and employment.
