Nursing services
Our Registered Nurses can provide disability-related nursing services according to individual participant requirements. Services may include:
Community nursing brings clinical knowledge and oversight into disability support where it is appropriate. Our nurses work alongside the participant, their family and the support team so that care plans are understood, changes are noticed and concerns are escalated appropriately.
Supports are provided in accordance with individual care plans, relevant clinical guidance and staff competency requirements.
We communicate with participants, families, GPs, allied health professionals and other members of the care team.
Our nurses can support participant-specific staff education so support workers understand each participant’s needs.
Discuss the participant’s needs and the supports they are looking for. We welcome enquiries from participants, families, Support Coordinators and health professionals.
